First, we run a short workshop with the relevant stakeholders. From this starting point, we build our understanding of potential uses for AI in your business. The aim at this stage is to go broad and uncover the opportunities. Once we conclude that there is a fit for AI, we will work closely together to determine requirements, prepare a roadmap, review any further internal or research required.

Each use case is analyzed for viability. We look at effort required, layers of adoption/implementation, quality of available data etc. We look at existing software, processes and structures with your team to understand the potential benefit of each use case. From this process, we can identify the key use cases to consider for the first phase. We collate the data and perform an exploratory analysis to find patterns and correlations.

We take a sample of the data and create a proof of concept. This PoC demonstrates the viability of the use case, showing how actionable, impactful results can be achieved from the application of AI. We further run hundreds of experiments to build and optimize the final model. The lifecycle of data processing and model generation is converted into a high-quality pipeline.

We integrate the model with a REST API/a front-end/mobile app, developing all necessary features to access the model to be fully functional. We define a detailed rollout plan, covering required processes, data, resources and timings. We further provide maintenance services for the model and any required training for the internal team to work, maintain or enhance the model/deployment inhouse.
